From the first time I walked in your doors I felt like family. Your staff has been so nice and helpful to me as I was seeking a rescue dog. Being able to take "Harley" (Ozzy) home for the weekend to see how we would connect was a great expereince. I was blessed with the provisions you sent to care for his stay at our home. Every contact I have had with your organization has been very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to a long friendship with Southwest VA Veterinary Services. I have never had a vet who showed such care with one of my babies. I love my kitties and am happy to have found you all. You earned your gold star rating .

I gave three stars, we had to spend a great deal of the day there, mostly just waiting around. Also, the cost was very expensive .

I am so sorry you had to wait for care of your pet. We do value your time, but unforeseen emergencies do occur. Veterinary fees are an ever changing issue due to the rising costs of our doing business. We try to be transparent as possible with all of our fees allowing the client to choose what level of care they prefer for their pet. Please feel free to ask, prior to your next visit, what the approximate fees will be for that visit. Thank you for allowing us to care for your pet. We appreciate your confidence in that care.

We saw that Dr. Rucker was "gold star." She showed us that, with the care of our pet. We are blessed to have the best to take care of "Katniss." Our baby has some serious issues. Thank-you!
