Unbelievably personal, caring and professional service.
I was in the most sustained tooth pain I had ever experienced (2 weeks of 24/7 pain) that was making it almost impossible to live life. My primary was on vacation so I called Dr. Dawn after reading the reviews and noting she was 5 minutes from my job.
Dr. Dawn's amazing team listened to my story and called me in immediately. Within 20 minutes, she and her team diagnosed --- with clear, decisive examination results --- a misdiagnosis that had happened on two of my teeth. She kept me in the chair and fixed one of my teeth (root canal on tooth that had bonding over decay) right there --- then coordinated having the other tooth (oral surgery) done within the hour. I drove home that night pain free, feeling like I had been reborn.
I had an especially critical work week coming up and Dr. Dawn and her team really saved me. I don't know how I would have gotten through without their true interest --- and fast action --- in my situation.
