The office is in good condition, clean, but with obvious (minor) differed maintenance issues which detract from the overall experience and left me questioning the cleanliness due to poor attention to detail in building maintenance. The scheduling is very poor, earning them a below average review. I had a single "appointment" rescheduled 5 times which pushed it back over 12 weeks. They completed work on only half of my mouth and failed to completed the rest of the work in a timely manner. The hygienists were, however, friendly and proficient. In terms of care, I recommend management consider offering lower cost options for certain procedures such as the application of antibiotics. This practice only offers the most expensive treatment available, which I can only assume is to drive revenue and commissions. Overall my impression is that The Smilist prioritizes maximizing profits at the expense of the patient experience and proper dental care. I would not recommend The Smilist to a friend, and have warned some not to waste their time here.

I just had my first appointment with The Smilist yesterday for a prophylaxis. My teeth were throroughly cleaned unlike some other hygienists/dentists who rush through the process. I am extremely satisfied with both the staff and office. All of the equipment is very modern and they take the time to not only throughly clean your teeth, but to recommend any appropriate treatment that you may need. For those without insurance, there prices are very competitive for the quality of care provided. We only get one set of teeth and you should never skimp on treatment since it will only end up costing you a fortune down the road. Highly recommended!
