This is an honest business. I had my Tacoma in for it's first service since I purchased it used. All of the fluids were checked and it was found that they were fresh. This was an opportunity where other car shops may have charged me for a fresh fluid change throughout the vehicle without actually changing the fluids. 12th Street Auto Care Center did not do this. This was an affordable experience. I will be back and would recommend them to anyone.

John who answers the phone was very friendly and accomadatin.. He also got my daughter car in For brakes before she had to head home in DesMoines. I am compleatly satisfied with the service and would recommend them highly.,

It was horrible, worst time ever. Just kidding!! Best,and only, place I will take my cars. They know what they are doing, very friendly greeting, they remember my dogs and ALWAYS ask how me and my wife are! The work is done quickly and cheaplyrics and I never have any trouble or problems with anything they fix! I will continue to take our cars there and tell others to do the same.

I never feel pressured to do repairs with the report card they give me on my vehicles. They identify potential problems, and make recommendations when to repair, so that I can budget for them.

I chose your place on the experience that a very good friend of mine has received in the past. I was referred to by Dan Marketon who has always given me his honest opinion and advise when I needed his help.
John, Manager, is a very good and caring manger. When I called original for a price quote on tires he went in-depth as to what kind of vehicle I drive, where I work, and what roads I travel to get to and from work everyday. Since I work on the north end of town and travel by interstate I said I need tires that will be weather-friendly, especially in the snow/winter driving. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle getting new tires put on. There was a delay in getting my tires to the shop from the warehouse (I'm guessing), because it was either 3 or 4 people who called multiple times on why the tires still had not arrived. The time was longer than normal but John was persistent and very apologetic. I have had many experiences over the years with other managers from other companies but I would refer anyone to see or talk to John or anyone in your company. Well done, John, and thank you and all the guys for getting my new tires on my Kia Sorento. I will be back.
