Ashley Gentrup provided a thorough exam and considered all of my medical accommodations needs. All of the staff possessed delightful personalities. The person who performed the pre-exam was thorough, competent and helpful. The optician was very helpful in choosing frames and adjusting the fit of my current frames. She did almost fail to add some desired features to my lenses until I told her that the price seemed low. The final price after my Medicaid insurance was much lower than in the past and I though very reasonable.

Brenda helped me with the purchase of new frames and clip on dark glasses. She was very thoughtful of how I felt and getting the correct lenses. I appreciated how she was very through when working thru the insurance.
