had to wait 1 1/2 hr before being acknowledged after checking in to pick up glasses.. a few days later got notice that I had missed my appt.

The staff is very courtesy and knowledgeable Dr Satterfield is very caring and does a excellent eye exam. I have been wearing corrective lenses for along time, have been going to Dr Satterfield for three years and wouldn't want to change doctors. I am very happy there. Thanks to the doctor and staff.

I could not be more pleased at the kind, conscientious service that I receive each and every time I visit Dr. Satterfield's office. Not only are they top-notch in customer service, the care and attention Dr. Satterfield gives his patients is beyond outstanding. He takes his time with every patient, explaining in detail what his findings are, his recommendations, and it is evident that he genuinely cares about his patients. That's something that's hard to find in this day and age.

I have been seeing Dr. Satterfield for a long time and when my 8yr old daughter started to complain about being able to see the chalkboard, I didn't think twice about taking her to see him.
