Sandpiper was very accommodating and scheduled an appointment to service our system. The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, thorough and personable. He took time to explain everything he did and asked many times if we had any concerns or questions. He wore a mask at all times and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Rob did a through and professional job with our seasonal maintenance work. He discovered a potentially bad capacitor in the outside unit. Rob was on time, he protected finish surfaces nearby and the room was spotless when he left.

The young man did a suburb job of cleaning my units (much better than any of the previous tech's) but he wasn't familiar with the dual fuel unit that we have so he called in one of the other tech's who was familiar to assist him. Kudos to the both of them for a job well done!

The service man who came I feel was very thorough and helpful. He was also very insightful with tips on the best heating and cooling levels. He also fully explained the renewal for the contract. He phoned me about fifteen minutes before he arrived. He was great.
