Horrible service.....I would not recommend anyone here....I was quoted to replace the radiator for over $1200 and never had a problem with my car until I took it to Sanders for repair work and an extra tool was left inside where the air filter goes and that caused the light to come on

I'm sorry you felt like you had a bad experience here. We strive for great service and customer satisfaction. I double checked the details of the quote and suggested work. I am only seeing just under $1100 total for all suggested work, that was including not only 1. the radiator replacement, 2. the diagnostic you asked for on your check engine light, 3. the part replacement for the check engine light, and 4. the cooling system pressure test to find your leak. Then, we would have applied a 10% discount that we normally do for the water department employees, making your final total under $1000.00 once the discount was applied.

I cross checked our quote with a quote from a local dealer and they quoted $1284.95 for a standard radiator replacement and $1434.00 for a heavy duty radiator replacement, but, that was for the radiator replacement only. The quote did not include a check engine light diagnostic or repair. I knew we were several hundred less on the radiator replacement only, so I saw it as a pretty good quote.

I called after the initial visit to ask you about scheduling your vehicle back in for the repair, since we had received the requested part. You said you were unhappy at this time and I inquired as to why. As I explained before, the tool the technician overlooked and left on the car under the hood near the air filter did not have anything to do with the check engine light related to your evaporative system in the rear. The technician was thankful to have the tool returned. I felt I did all I could to explain or correct your concerns, and I don't feel that anyone mistreated you at any time. So, after working with you numerous times in the past on your vehicle without any issues, I'm not quite sure about the angry tone behind your words on the phone or the dark review you left. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Very friendly, helpful, able to service and perform diagnostic test on my BMW on very short notice Unfortunately most of the repairs will require the dealerships intervention. I love this car but service is a nightmare! Never again
