Greeted very nicely by office staff. The wait to be seen was short and timely. The office visit with Dr. Heitz and her technician was professional yet caring and they took good care of Roxie at all times. I appreciate the care and compassion shown by Dr. Heitz and her great 'bedside' manner!

Juneau and Kodiak, my puppy and my senior dog, have always received very competent care from Russell Animal Hospital. The desk personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and will readily check with doctors when needed. Dr. Paine is totally outstanding! He is excellent, compassionate, and ready to help with all questions or concerns. Just the very, very best!
