It was nice to be back at Rue 48 in Minneapolis, meeting with Dawn, after being several months overdue for a haircut and color! Rue 48 did a great job of helping me to feel safe during these strange times, keeping surfaces clean, wearing masks and gloves, and ensuring ample space between clients and staff. As usual, my hair color and trim turned out really well, and once again, I feel more myself. Thank you Dawn and Rue 48!

Customer service was good, staff was friendly, but the lady who cut my hair did not follow my instructions. I showed her a picture and described what I liked, but I left with my hair having blunt edges. I could have done it myself. Also, there was no scalp massage, which is the best part of getting your hair done. Overall, very disappointed.
