The vets were compassionate with our feisty McGregor and we were happy they were trying some new strategies to make it less traumatic for him. The idea to slightly medicate him was a good one and easy. The assistant who held McGregor (Shaniqua) was exceptional. She was calm and really good with him.

Friendly, prompt service. Knew why I was there and told me when I would be going into the exam room to see the veterinarian. People knew me and my pets by name. The appointment (as always) was smooth running and professional. I had great confidence in the assessments, professional advice and treatment. Furthermore, I certainly got the sense that staff care about my experience and the well being of my animals (dog and cat). My/our veterinarian has known us for years and it is so positive to have an ongoing professional relationship whereby he can efficiently monitor changes in health status through an established rapport.

We have been going to RYAH for over 15 years and have adopted our cats from them as well. We cannot say enough about the high level of care, overall knowledge and professionalism at RYAH. Its like a wonderful family.
