I love coming to RYAH - loyal, long tenured and experienced staff who are friendly, welcoming and professional.
I usually get Dr. Allen who is wonderful however I have experienced all of the Dr's there over the years and I am happy and comfortable for any of them to care for my pet. Its not the cheapest vet in the west end, but it is the best vet in the west end and when dealing with health and aging issues - I want the best, not the cheapest.

We had an annual check up for one of our cats with Dr Allen. He is always a joy to see, our pets love him, and very helpful with everything.

We have been taking all our dogs and cats to RYAH for over 20-years but yesterdays visit was most disappointing.
The Vet was over a half hour late in seeing us and even then was interrupted twice by other staff. Our little dog gets most anxious about seeing a Vet and to be there this long added to his distress. However, these things can happen and we will continue to use RYAH in the future.

Very impressed with atmosphere, efficiency and service. Can't wait to come again. A very pleasant experience. No rush, no pushing to spend on product or buy, do tests etc on the spot. Much appreciated consideration putting the reigns in your hands for how fast you proceed with needed treatment, or not.

Dr. Allen treated my little one as if she were his own and I appreciate that. His assistant was extremely helpful and understanding of my little one's stress. I would recommend Royal York Animal Hospital to anyone and I have in the past.
