I REALLY don't like going to the eye Doctor (especially the whole dilation part) but my recent appointment with Dr. Morris was exceptional. From the moment you enter the office you feel as if you are a family member there. Tris and Ginger up front and Cindie the office manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly getting me in and out. And Kiera and Lacey who were my techs were outstanding. I cannot say enough positive about the experience with Dr. Morris. I am a former pharmaceutical sales rep and I can tell you with certainty that he is one of the good ones out there. Thanks everyone there at Brooks Eyecare!!!!!

I recently went to Brooks Eyecare for a medical condition and when I checked out I was told my medical insurance had been terminated, which it had not. They were checking it online and apparently looking at the wrong thing. Even though I assured them my insurance was OK, I had to pay cash for my visit. When I returned for a follow-up visit two weeks later, they accepted my insurance as if nothing had happened at the last visit. I felt they owed me an apology for putting me through the embarrassment and upset by telling me my insurance had been terminated previously. If I didn't like Dr. Morris so much, I would go somewhere else. I feel he is an excellent eye doctor.

We appreciate you letting us know of any concerns you have. It is unfortunate you feel you were wronged by our office. We make every effort to check insurance benefits ahead of time so our patients can maximize their benefits. Our insurance clerk spoke with a representative with your insurance company twice and was told your plan had been terminated. As you will recall we did let you know this ahead of time and allowed you to make the decision of keeping the appointment that day and paying cash for it or rescheduling to a different time when the insurance issues could be resolved. We were later informed you had a new policy when your insurance coverage was renewed and were able to obtain your benefits on that policy for your follow up visit. Again we do regret you feel you were not treated properly and hope we can resolve any concerns you have in an efficient and timely manner.

The staff at Brooks Eyecare are very professional yet very friendly. I trust my eye care to these fine people. I will continue to be a patient as long as I get excellent care as has been demonstrated in the past and in present. Thank you for being an efficient and caring group of people that strive for the best possible care for their patients.
