I didn't learn anything that I didn't already know and the nonrefundable cancellation fees and costs in general were too steep for the services provided.

It is worth every minute and penny to go to Richmond Natural Medicine, they give you the resources and education to heal your body. And they work with traditional medicine with supporting it with eastern and natural medical knowledge.

The nutritionist and the ND who sat in the appointment did not listen to my concerns. They need to work on their reactions to patient personal experiences. The meal plan I was given was obviously not personalized and was not appropriate for my situation. I regret spending my money and time here.

The office is very relaxed and calming. I learned quite a bit about things I can do to make healthy choices. Dr. Lundberg was very informative. I really like that the appointment was not rushed and she answered all of my questions.

Doctor Lundberg was absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming as a person and an excellent acupuncturist.
And the space is great too.

This was my initial visit, so no "progress" yet but expectations are fairly high. Further visits and consultation will tell. Arrived late but all were gracious. Survey may be premature - should really be taken after further consultations and time for feedback on practitioners' work, suggestions, health plan, etc where results could be assessed better. Thank you.
