A class act company from top to bottom. Daniel was great to work with from start to finish. The installers were incredibly fast and clean. We are thrilled with our new 4 ton Trane unit. I could not imagine working with another company on such a large project. They installed our new unit and 11 new ducts in just 2 days and left the house spotless. They were incredible to work with.

The installation crew arrived precisely at 6am as scheduled and immediately were at work. They were very professional, conscientious & finished the install in a timely manner. Answered any questions I had and provided all warranty, and necessary paperwork for future maintenance. A+++++ The sales person was able to answer all of our questions prior to purchase, and was able to get our "sick" unit out of the hospital and working prior to the new equipment being installed.

I had Jeffery come to my home and he was smart, friendly and caring to what I was going through at the time. He was able to quickly find and fix the problem as well as give me tips for the future. I was extremely pleased with the company and the service that I received.

Recently I had Reliance and two other A/C companies do a home inspection we were considering purchasing in North Phoenix. All three found issues with the current A/C.system as we had suspected.However, Reliance Heating & /A/C was the only one that explained the problems so I could understand them. Daniel Grimm, my rep gave me multiple options and itemized costs while explaining the benefits and shortfalls of each option. Reliance was very competitive in pricing and Daniel's installation team were very professional and efficient. They left the work areas in better condition than when they started. I highly recommend that you at least give Reliance Heating & A/C the opportunity to earn your business. They have been around over 30 years in the Valley..They have to be doing something right.
