Our service fellow is the best. He's been out doing regular maintenance and then to help with a frozen AC unit during a VERY hot weekend. He's the best. We've had others that are good, but our weekend warrior was awesome! We've used other HVAC companies that were lacking compared to Priority One. With Priority One I feel like I can believe what they say and that they know what they are doing. Wasn't always the case with others. For that, thank YOU!

Even if they came out late as scheduled they were great. Customer service called us several times with updates and keeping us informed. It was a really busy day for them and we understand. When you are out on the filed working there are many things that you can't see ahead. Customer service and/or field manager took care of us in the best way. They came in the evening and fixed the broken air con. We couldn't ask for more.
