Mine was right on time and provided the service asked for. Answers all questions and suggests where improvement or best practices could be used. Efficient and thorough. Really enjoy Mine servicing our heating and cooling needs.

I called late on a Friday morning because our a/c wasn't working. Mike was out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem (failed capacitor) and fixed it right there on the spot for a reasonable price. We've used Prescription in the past and have been equally impressed. We've also recommended their services to friends and family who have reported back the same sentiments as us.
