Brought in 3 dogs, we were able to get into a room quickly and the vet tech was great. Only complaint was I forgot to have my loyalty card punched and no one asked me for it. Liked the old method much better. Hard to manage dogs or cats that just want to go home, while digging through a purse to find a paper punch card.
