Amy is simply the best. She's so knowledgeable as well as capable; she addresses all the concerns we have concerning our elderly pet, all the while being personable, taking her time and never making us feel rushed.
She and her assistant Kathy are a an awesome team; they are both proficient and throughout our visit from start to finish, relate to us as concerned pet owners, putting our minds at ease, and helping our pet age healthily, treating us as bona vide people, not customers.
These women excel at their jobs. Thank you for having them available to us.

Everyone we interacted with were professional and very pleasant. Our little furry boy was welcomed and put at ease even though it was his first visit. So glad we found Prescott Animal Hospital and Dr. Peters!

Excellent. From my first phone call w/questions regarding cost, to check in and out, to the fabulous surgery preformed by Dr. Killian. Suture site is barely visible and Beans is doing great one day post op. Couldn't have had better care or treatment!

The staff on the phone was very helpful and got me in quickly. My sweet kitty, Emma, was extremely lethargic with an upper respiratory infection. She recovered with The fluids and antibiotics. My almost 12-year-old cat is running around like a kitten right no. Thank you for your prompt compassionate attention.
