Enjoyable experience f rom quick check-in ti the provider helping me understand my foot problem
and giving me support devices to help alleviate the toe pain. I do wish they had a water fountain or
some water available as I was a bit dehydrated when I arrived.

This should have been a positive review. Unfortunately one of the nurses was extreemly rude to me when I was just asking basic questions about insurance. She kept pressuring me to sign a document and making me feel dumb by telling me she’s already explained everything she could. After talking with the Doctor & the patient care coordinator I learned the information she had was wrong anyway.. so the whole interaction seemed truly unnecessary. It’s unfortunate when one poorly trained staff member ruins the whole experience. It also didn’t seem like a one time incident but a pattern because I asked why she’s having a bad attitude, if she’s not having a good day, and she responded that her day was amazing. She also refused to provide her name.. I think because she knew I’d report her. The only reason I give 2 stars is because Dr. Flanagan was very nice & the patient care coordinator Ken was also awesome. Overall just wish I went somewhere else from the start because no one deserves to be treated like that- especially when spending hundreds of dollars.
