From the vets to the front desk, I love everyone at Pond Point! They are skilled at what they do, and can communicate in layman's terms my cat's medical issues. As they work in a field in which the vast majority of owners do not have pet insurance, they are sensitive and understanding in their discussions about costs for recommended medical treatments. And, most of all, they truly care for the animals they examine and treat. Point Point is close to home so it's easy for me to stop by every month or so to pick up prescribed medicine or foods. And I enjoy those stopovers so I can chat with the nice staff there.

I confess to being one who doesn't use the benefits of the vet visits as often as I should. That said, I have had nothing but GREAT experiences, even when prognosis was not very favorable.
The staff are courteous and compassionate, and Dr. Carter is very like able - something that for me - is very important. I like her professional presentation, and her communication skills are also excellent - another important trait!
They try to make you feel comfortable, and at ease. When you're waiting on a sick pet, they do their best to make you feel as good as you can.
Highly recommended.

Dr Carter and her entire staff are amazing. Besides being the best doctor in the area, Dr Carter has so much compassion. Regardless of the purpose of our visit, my dogs adore her and everyone in the office. Best switch I ever made!

Great care, everyone is really nice, and really loves my pet. The vet seems to be very expensive every time i go there. I am not sure this is just cost of owning a pet, or if i am being up-sold some items or services that I could do without.

We LOVE Dr Carter and ALL of her staff. The staff is very kind, caring and loving to the animals. Dr Carter make you feel very comfortable, not afraid to ask questions, and explains everything fully! She is genuine and very caring.
