We will be finding a new vet! The vet here wrote my dog a prescription diet food. We’ve been getting her food here for a while now. Yesterday I go in and the lady at the desk tells me that they will no longer be carrying the food and we will have to order it online. But they will not write the prescription for us to order the food online unless we make an appointment to have the vet see our dog. A prescription that the vet has already written. WAY TO EXTORT US OUT OF MORE MONEY PET FIRST ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!

Unfortunately, a former employee gave you incorrect information. Had I been asked by the employee I would have gladly oked the preion for food. To refill a preion item a valid doctor patient client relationship must exist, which usually means an exam within one year. Food falls into the grey zone so I am comfortable with an exam every 2 years as long as nothing else is wrong. That time frame would put the next exam due no later than June of 2021.

Took my pup in to be micro chipped as she is a real runner. The staff was very attentive and showed compassion and genuine care for her. When she was injected she screamed (not a bark, but a dog equivalent to a human scream) and jumped which caused the needle to come out of her so they had to do it again. Second time, my pup was calm and they were able to inject the chip with no issues. They made certain that she was alright and showed her more love and she left a happy puppy.
I feel relieved knowing she is chipped and they have all of her information in her records.

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Taylor is so good with the furry patients! Friendly, good location, nice office...
