On Monday, May 3rd, I had an appointment to have a tooth filled. Dr Sumarsono is an amazing dentist. It had been years since I had a cavity filled and I was not looking forward the procedure. Mostly I was dreading the needle that is used to numb the area where the drilling is going to be done. However, I hardly felt the numbing procedure. I knew that it was numb because I felt absolutely nothing while the tooth was being drilled and filled. My experience was the best one I have ever had at the dentist. I never did experience the usual after affects when the numbness "slowly" wears off. It was as if the area had not been numbed.
I must add that I came in at 11:00 (the time of my appointment) and I only waited a few minutes before I was in the chair. His assistant had me prepared when he came in. Believe it or not, I was out of the chair by 11:25. I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I have had since I have been going to a dentist -- and I have been going every 6 months for a check-up and cleaning for more years than I want to admit.
His staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment in October for my 6-month check up & cleaning. .

Our visit to Dr. Sumarsono was, as always, very pleasant. We came in for a six month cleaning and everything went very well, no surprises. We always look forward to meeting everybody again and share all the news they and we have! We very much appreciate the excellent care we receive from Dr. Sumarsono and his staff.

It is the beginning of a new era for me, now that Myra left. I have known her for years, so I can't help but have a feeling of loss. Of course, it is comforting to know that Barbara is still my hygienist. The new members of your staff are very nice and friendly; However, I would have been more comfortable if I had been advised of the changes in your staff so that I would known their names when I came in for my 6-month check-up on the 17th of April.

Going to the dentist has never been high on my hit parade. Having said that, the experience was as good as could be expected.
