I always feel that the stylists at Pepper's truly listen & want to understand what I want, even when I don't know myself! They work with me, ask questions & give me feedback until we agree on a plan. The receptionists are always friendly & helpful on the phone & in person. I'm always offered something to drink. My coat is hung up. I never have to wait more than a minute or two. Every stylist I've worked with is skilled & I'm always happy with my style. (I would definitely continue to return, except that we are moving out of state!) Thank you, Pepper's salon team for your excellent service.

I wanted a bit more lift & bounce and something done with the very front above my face. I got all that with extra layers, slight bangs and a new product recommendation with styling lessons. Even better then last time!!
