I was grateful that the staff accepted Toby at a time earlier than his appointment so my son could be there to help me handle him. Everyone is friendly, caring, and thorough.

Mary, the receptionist, is the BEST. Folks, get a clue.... she carries the front office and the face of the Dr., who I can't even name. I swear, I can't even remember the Dr's name, but I will always remember Mary. Give her a raise before she even thinks of relocating to Texas to be with family and screws up your practice.

I would recommend Dr. Joe Leppanen of the Pennsylvania Veterinary Care center to anyone as their veterinarian. Our pet likes Dr. Joe and his staff. We have been only treated with kindness and gentleness. It's a great place to take your pet!

Everyone at PVC is amazing. The doctor took his time and addressed every one of my concerns, making me feel at ease knowing he is getting the care he needs. I know that if I ever have to leave Crimson there, he is in great hands.

Edison was taken in for oral cleaning and everything went very well. Although he only had mild plaque to be removed on his teeth, we wanted to be sure that we were properly caring for his dental health. We received a call after his cleaning while he was slowly waking up and it was great to hear that everything went as expected for his appointment. My only suggestion would be to have an after general anesthesia care sheet available for clients so they would know what to expect for their pet after such a procedure. I was told to feed light food but that was it. Edison was very groggy the remainder of the evening and seemed slightly unsteady on his feet. He even had some loose stools. The next day however, he seemed back to his normal self and was active and playing like normal.
