BUT ONCE MORE WE WAITED FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO GET SEEN.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND, A CALL WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

GOOD CARE FOR OUR DOGGIE BUT THE WAIT IS AWFUL!!!

Dr. Pearson is a no nonsense vet who knows what she’s doing. She’s always been there for my dogs for years now.

When picking up my dog I asked a question and the girl outside said “someone else will tell you we all have our own assigned jobs”L them I have specified I want large bags of food so when I picked it up after giving them at least 4 days I get the small bag. The girl who brought it to me was great she changed my file to read large only

I came here as a second opinion for my dog, and was given the information needed by Dr. Pearson. She was great and knowledgeable of the bully breed. However, upon checkout I was given my dog back and someone Elses medication and sent on my way. Luckily, I double checked as I knew I hadn't paid yet and asked about it, I was told someone elses credit card was charged and someone elses medication was given by accident. This vet seems great, and I will be back for another visit, however, with the volume of patients coming in, they seemed understaffed and a little bit overwhelmed. I waited around 3 hours for a ear infection visit, they were very busy which is a bummer, but speaks volumes of the facility and staff. So I will be back for another try at a later time, I spoke to another bully parent in the parking lot and she spoke volumes of the facility, so I eaggerly wait our next experience, I am hopeful!

We were over charged for services not needed. They said our puppy had a cleft pallet and it does not. They also said one of our puppies died but we never got to see it so after all the bad service I question the validity of that statement. And they sent us home with puppies and no warmers...it was cold. We will not be returning and I have told many friends about the service too and they will be going to another vet.
