I arrived before 7am to check my dog in to avoid the wait and was told to come back at 2pm with not a friendly request to do so. Arrived early and waited in line behind a woman that was ill prepared with her pet documents. Waited again to pay and have my dog returned. Requested to speak to the doctor which was fine, but could barely hear her.
During this time I've noticed maybe 10-15 customers in the lot waiting and the amount of time to speak about my dog very quickly addressed by staff and the vet. I scheduled for another vet yesterday and was not told until after the visit that she called in that day with a family issue. I had to ask why we weren't informed. The phone lines have been a 10 minute wait to speak to someone. It seems there are too many clients being scheduled at the same time making clients wait instead of scheduling fewer clients and taking the time thats necessary.
I've been seeing this vet more than 15 years with 4 boxers and now an elderly Boston Terrier. I'm considering going somewhere else because I feel the experience I've had every time I arrive in the last several months has been frustrating ( i dread it) and I think the diagnosis has been rushed as well.
Hopefully you can have the office manager call. Wont recommend today and am reaching out to other vets in the area.

Doctor Pearson and entire staff worked hard to manage my dogs’ néeds do that my own medical issue was not hindered. I appreciate their ‘above the line’ assistance.
