After a horrible couple of meetings with the big box stores (both blue and orange) I wasn't feeling comfortable with either of them just simply ordering my garage doors properly. So I stopped in on my way by to talk with the people at PDQ. They were so wonderful, we were only going to have the doors ordered, I was going to end up installing them by myself. Once they went over everything with me, the price of them installing wasn't going to be much more, and a lot less hassle for myself, so I had them do it. They were backed up due to someone being sick, but they got my doors in during the time period they quoted me, even with being a person down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have doors installed, or just having peace of mind of them being purchased there knowing they will be the correct ones.

Excellent crew. Showed up on time and worked straight through to completion of installation. (3 garage door openers). Ron Cadran (sales and customer relations) is terrific. Everything was done as promised and on time.

This company seems to be in over their head with technology. I contracted to have them replace my garage doors and openers. The salesman Rob was very personable and I liked him instantly. Then about a week ago I got an email asking how I liked my new garage door installation. I didn't even have an install date at that time. So, I called the company and got a woman who didn't know what I was talking about and talked to me like a child because she didn't know the emails were going out. After a little investigation I found out they know these emails are going out early and are "working on the problem". I canceled my install because I was afraid their lack of attention to administrative details would lead to a lack of attention to detail on the install. THEN, after all that, they sent me the email AGAIN today. Looks like they are still working on the project.
By the way. I had no intention of writing a review until they contacted me AGAIN.
