The entire experience from the emergency call and quick scheduling to to check in and seeing the professionals was top notch. This office operates like a well oiled machine but with compassion for the animals and their parents. Great place.

We were whisked immediately into a room because Fenney may have been contagious. Everything went quickly from the examination to getting prescriptions. All the personnel at Palm City are friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about your pet.

Always a pleasant experience when I bring my dogs. There was no wait time. I was taken in as soon as I arrived for my appointment and everything was smooth sailing from there. Thank you to the whole team for another job well done!

very good!!! Bella has been happy!! We love the front desk ladies they are always so helpful and kind. Bella loves Brittney and Veronica they are so adorable kind,, and loving to Bella!!!!!! Their grooming talent is excellent!! The staff is excellent. However, prices have gone up exceedingly!!! Why? Totally understand the new building and such but prices have really skyrocketed even after the office was open. I will be giving 4 stars only because then prices have doubled!!!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. It is always a pleasure bringing my dogs there as they are put at ease by the technicians and vets. I do like being able to check out and pay in the exam room instead of waiting at the front desk when my dogs are ready to go.

We have been bringing our animals to you for at least 14 years. I would never go anywhere else. We love you all the doctors and the wonderful staff. Kudos to Dr. Sentel for staffing so well.
