My experience was amazing with the vet and vet tech! I felt like they truly cared and listened to my concerns. It was until I went to check out and the office manager opened her mouth. Almost immediately she was SUPER rude and overstepping many boundaries and just talked down to not only me but also her staff who was there with me to check out. I would have gave five stars if it was not for her. I was new to the clinic as well. Not a great frist impression at all. I spoke to the girl who told me to go there and she agreed with how rude she is. Even telling my boss this morning days later and she commented on how rude she was. You have an amazing staff but you really need to rethink her position.

As always the staff and dr. Made us feel like we were the patients there. They were as always so very kind to our aged dog. We are truly grateful for the service we receive when we are there.

Dr. Sheegog and his staff provide a warm and friendly pet clinic/hospital. Always inquiring as to how your pet is doing and what are your reasons for visiting that day. 1st class service!!!

Dr. Shegog is one of the finest Vets we have used. Very patient, knowledgeable, and interacts quite well with our rambunctious Corgis.
