I had an eye emergency. I telephoned and was not put on hold. They were fully booked and told me come and I would be worked in as quickly as possible. Always courteous and professional. Issue was resolved. Have depended on Family Eye Care for over 20 years. Best of the best--first class in every way.

Customer's appointment was on time, and a little early actually which is much appreciated. Dr. Kloke is thorough and allows plenty of time explaining issues and answering questions. Dr. Kloke is clinical as needed yet very pleasant. The office staff and clinician are pleasant as well. I highly recommend Family Eye Care!
