I am so grateful that Molly really listened to what colors I wanted and consulted with me to provide exactly what I wanted. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the cost and time were both a bit more than what I expected. BUT my hair finally looks the way I've always wanted it to!

I got 60min illuminating facial. I waited for a day to write review. Its waste of 140$ money. This facial is for brightening, lightening and skin hydration. I could not see any change in my skin. My skin looks same before and after the facial. Its waste of time and money. I am not sure if the person who is doing facial is even touching my skin. I could not feel that she even did massage on my face. She is slightly touching my face with her fingers hahahaha

The salon was nice and felt very clean and relaxing. My stylist was very friendly but I feel she didn't cut my Hair how i asked. As a new mother my time is limited, so when booking I asked how long it would take. I was told 45 mins to an hour. 90 mins into an appointment and I leave not liking my haircut and now I need to try and find the time to go somewhere else to try and fix it!

I feel she wasn't able to provide what i wanted ( which was a simple short bob, with some shaping to take away some of the weight of my thick hair) and kind of gave up towards the end of the appointment saying she had to cut her sisters hair when we were finished. I won't be returning.

I went into Oasis on 10/16 at about 7:15 p.m. to purchase some shampoo and skin care. There was a sweet young girl at the front desk. I was unable to purchase anything because the lights were so dim that I could not read the labels. I told the desk gal that and she offered to read them for me. She did not offer to turn up the lights though. I then decided to at least buy some shampoo and she sweetly told me that they were closing and to please make my selections. Their website states they are open until 8:00 so I was a bit surprised. I did buy the shampoo but will not return for skin care as I thought it was odd that it was so dark that I couldn't read the labels and I felt rushed out of there.

She took her time, made the experience relaxing, and was a perfectionist giving me the best painted toenails!
