Everyone was extremely friendly, from the front desk staff to the technician and doctor. They treated our pup with respect and care. After we left the facility, our dog had a reaction to the shots given earlier in the day. We called back a few times to talk with the doctor for next steps. Each time, we were given proper instructions and a care plan for our sick pup. They were more than willing to walk us through this process over the phone and were very supportive.
