I have never had a less than excellent experience at Northwest, either for grooming or medical attention. My dogs even get excited when we pull up front & they see where they are.

The doctor was able to see us very short notice. She made us feel comfortable and you can tell she truly cared for my cat, Snape. They helped us out and made me feel way better after he was suddenly sick! Highly recommend.

Brought my dog my dog in for grooming. The grooming staff was friendly and efficient, and seem to love what they are doing. I tried to set the appointment for the grooming thru your "web appointment set application" and heard back a week later, even though I had submitted the request 2 week prior to the requested appointment. Expressed my frustration to the grooming staff, and was told not to use the online appointment request, as it was NOT working - which I can attest to. I wonder why you have the online option, if you are not going to utilize it.

My dog Diesel has now come in for two appointments and a seven day stay in the kennels. He has always been well taken care of and does not dread going to the vet. Diesel got a bath and was well taken care of when he stayed in the kennels. He came home well groomed by the folks at Northwest animal hospital and he seemed like his same old self. I would recommend to any person with an animal to go to Northwest based on my experiences thus far with them.
