I went to Mount Vernon to have a special test. The new doctor said she didn't have time to do it. Now I have to pay for another office call . Also informed me that it can be done in Stanwood. I was not happy.

To say I totally enjoyed the surgery would be a weird thing to say - but everyone was so kind and courteous that it was like a visit with old friends. I an not sure how you managed to employ the cream of crop but you did it. I would recommend your facility to any one - which I already have. Keep up the good work of making eyesight a pleasure to enjoy the world outside and all it has to offer.

The technician that actually did my vision test was pleasant and efficient.
The optician experience after that seemed to be a waste of my time. I sat a good 15 minutes while she put my info into a computer. Couldn't that be done without me sitting there wasting my time? It seemed like the only reason I was there was to be asked if I wanted to order glasses or lenses. Once that is determined, I could move on to the appointment with the doctor.
