I had to have a very old unit fixed. Our technician John was prompt and very informative. We couldn't have asked for better service!! He worked until he got it fixed, giving me hopefully at least one more summer with the old one!! John is great The company has grown a lot and is always striving to improve. We are extremely pleased Thank you.

John came out on Memorial Day to help with my urgent situation. Super professional and fixed my problem without changing me a ton. He explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

The four installers of the HVAC units and the plumber were very courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They were prompt and willing to answer any questions.

My daughter was present when the technician arrived. He told her that they have been to this location before for the same problem. What I'd like to know is what can I do to avoid the issue occurring in the first place (beyond routinely changing the filters)?

I think the cost was a little high ($215), I understand service call rate ($84) but the additional cost of $131 for being on site for about 30 minutes seemed excessive. This is the only reason I gave a 4 star and 9 rating.

Beyond that, the service was timely and the issue is resolved. Thanks!

It maybe because we're missing a part that was damaged and had to order a new fan, but my lobby is still not cooling correctly. Although it seemed to be doing better when the tech left. That being said I understand we may need the part, I'm just waiting to make sure we find a permanent solution to the problem before I would give 5 stars. Steve the tech was great to work with though.

Again, the 8 instead of 10 to refer a friend is just until I find we do get the problem solved, not a direct issue with service at this point.
