Staff was great and made me feel comfortable and did a great job during my visit. Provider was thorough and explained next steps and options fully. Hygienist was fabulous and super nice.

My implant process began last August 2017 and concluded in December 2017. During one of the procedures of removing a temporary piece, the dentist was having difficulty and pulled with such force I was actually alarmed and told him so. He said not to worry because it was hard jawbone which I replied that bone breaks, it's not iron. While out of the country in middle February 2018 that implant popped out while flossing. I was not returning home until late March and did not wish to attempt having it re-attached because of uncertainty, being in a rural area of Mexico, finding a competent professional plus New You would have no further responsibility. So I chewed food on one side of my mouth for the rest of my vacation. Upon my return a different dentist saw me and said the problem was that it was attached with temporary glue. He asked if I wanted it reattached with temporary or with permanent glue. I replied that he is the professional, I have no knowledge of this and he should do what is correct. He said "it's your tooth, you tell me." I was astonished! Further, I was billed for the repair! I said I was not going to pay and received a bill in the mail only days later with a late charge!. My opinion is New You is a franchise staffed with incompetent people with undeserving credentials. I absolutely do not recommend this enterprise.

Staff was incredibly friendly and informative, they were very patient with me and made sure I was okay during every step of my procedure. The dentist who provided my work was friendly and down to earth. Will be back for other needs.

I had a appointment Friday 11th of may I had a cleaning I'm not to happy due to my gums are extremely sore that understandable but something should have been given to me for pain and I has to call to find our to use salt warm water
