I was very pleased with my appointment. The dentist was very informative and took time with me, examining my tooth to make the new implant was ready to go ahead with the fitting. The student dentist doctor, Milan, was especially kind and took time out of his busy schedule to go talk to my husband, who was waiting in the car, and explained (at my request) why I needed two replacement crowns in order to save my total bite and essentially my teeth, instead of getting dentures down the road. He was sensitive to the fact that we are seniors, and this actually would be the most cost-effective way to go. The office accountant was very helpful and gave me information about how muchI can expect to pay for these two crowns, and it was not as much as I thought they would be. In all, it was a positive visit!

Overall they did a good job, but I felt like they were rushing through my cleaning. And they were very rough on my teeth, and I don't usually have senstive teeth.

I am very confused as I scheduled a semi-annual exam and cleaning but there was no cleaning just a quick look to tell me that I should schedule about a crown a year to protect work that was previously done. . The cleaning had to be scheduled again for a different time. Staff was very friendly but this was not what I had arranged.

All personel were carrying and professional. I recently learned that I developed major tooth problems (invisible, below the gum line) as a result of a motorcycle accident 30+ years ago. The damage is now spreading and causing bone loss to my jaw bone. I met with several other dentists, but was most impressed with Dr. Alkudmani of New You Dental Center. She has done 100's of prior implant procedures, and teaches implant procedures to dental students at the university level.

Everyone always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that means the world to me. When they are either treating me or just talking with me, they take their time. I don’t feel they are rushing to meet a time frame I was slotted for like other places do!! It is well worth my two and a half hour drive to get to New Yew Dental of Auburn Hills!!!!!
