My hygenist Bobbie was very cheerful , friendly and efficient. Dr. Grimm and his assistant were very focused on doing the best work possible. Even the billing desk clerk amber was helpful. Nice work all around!

very pleasant staff, cleaning went well, exam went well, discussion on how much to fix my tooth was very clear. The ladies in the office are always so nice and friendly and will go out of their way to help you as far as payment options and will work around your schedule. The dentists that work their are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your procedure. The dentists explain every thing that they are doing so you know what to expect. Going to that dentist office and dealing with that staff is a pleasant one.

It was clean

the people were very nice

the tech I had was good , but she pulled the

exray thing out of my mouth . all three times .

I needed one more exray . so I took out the

exray out of my mouth before she did .

I had a sore in my mouth from that .

also she loved to talk about her problems at home

other than that she did a nice job on my cleaning .

Bobbi the hygenist was very personable. Her chair side manner was great, I am a chicken where it comes to going to the dentist, but my experience was fantastic. All my worries were for nothing. I was sure I had lost a filling and was expecting to have to schedule for work to be done. Dr. Hechtman assured me that eveything was fine and that what I thought was a cavity was not. I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning as long as I am with Bobbi and Dr, Hechtman. I even bought an electric toothbrush to give as a Father's Day gift. The $85. special helped too since I do not have dental insurance.

All staff were very nice and professional. They cleaned my bite guard very well, as it had not been cleaned in around a year. Will absolutely be coming back. Nice clean building.

I got an oral extraction and the procedure itself was not too bad. However i didnt get any of my paperwork after surgery and had to come back to the office one and now again today to get all of the paperwork including prescriptions. Other then not having any of the necessary paperwork they werent too bad, they helped along the way with everything else.

The office got me in quickly for an emergency tooth extraction. Dr.Tinker and Bri were very pleasant and patient, described exactly what was going to happen, and made sure there was no pain. Went to a second appointment to have a previously broken tooth extracted and 2 cavities filled and both women were just as great the second time. Set me up for an appointment for a cleaning and Bobbie did a quick and painless cleaning the whole time in a friendly cheerfull manner. Great experience.
