Michele is an excellent massage therapist, she is skilled and has a keen awareness as well as being thoughtful and empathetic. The room is really too cold. This is the second time that I had a massage in the room with windows and both times I was very cold because of a breeze from the windows.

I always enjoy the service at New Self Renewal. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and helps you feel comfortable. I have been requesting Michelle for my massages for the past several years because I really enjoy the service she provides. Such a great touch to get the complimentary beverage at the end, too!

Sharyn was so good! I haven't had many manicures in my life, but this was the best one I've ever yet. Very attentive and the nails are just lovely!
