I have been using mode, specifically Hillary's services, for a few years now. Every haircut I have had was pretty well done. Hillary has been great. The staff is always friendly and approachable. I haven't had a bad experience. :)

I visit Mode regularly. Their range of services meet all of my salon/spa needs. From massage, to wax, haircuts and color. I've been to several different stylist at Mode and have seen a couple different aestheticians. No matter who you see, I'm confident you'll have a fantastic experience! The products they use and offer are absolutely amazing! my hair and skin have never felt or looked better! And Mode's commitment to environmentally friendly products, makes me feel proud To use them!
The whole staff is super friendly, professional and accommodating. I love those Ladies!

Excellent service, always! Leonora is willing to help and provide good advise; she is a very talented, professional hair stylist! I simply adore her since, I hadn't had a hair cut I was so happy about in a very long time. Last time she washed my hair she gave me a fantastic head massage. Amazing! I highly recommend this salon; excellent and professional service every time!

My experiences (a hair cut and therapeutic massage) were great here. The hair cut was spot on and fast, with nice conversation peppered in between (I dislike "too chatty" hair stylist). The massage was great. My masseuse did so good that 1 hour flew so fast!

I was very late after a really bad day,and arrived frazzled and indecisive about my hair. Morgan was really patient and understanding . She listened and somehow figured out what I wanted. My color looks and feels great! The shampoo massage was heavenly! All staff that I encountered were helpful and friendly.
