I think the service is thorough and the work seems fine. You are people I like to work with. As I said yesterday, my friend who knows cars told me I was overcharged for replacing the screws, even if the motor mounting needed to be worked with.

I am sorry that you have any question at all about the amount or time you were billed for. I hope a thorough explanation was given or offered. You had a bolt on your motor mount that was frozen and corroded. The bolt broke off when it was being removed, and it took quite a bit of additional time to extract it without damaging any threads. Of the 4 motor mount bolts, it was in the hardest-to-access position as well, which added to the time needed. Under normal circumstances, the entire job is nearly 4 hours. With the broken bolt and its attendant difficulties, we had to add 1.6 hours to the job.

Jonathan and the guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing. It took a little longer time than initially estimated but this was to get the car into the best shape. Additionally, they gave me money-saving tips and showed me maintenance stuff i could do by myself to maintain the car's perfomance. Would definitely recommend these guys.
