During my last visit the tech recommended a tranny flush based on my mileage. I scheduled my next appointment for the flush, fuel filter change and oil change. Found out that a they don't have the equipment to do a tranny flush on my truck. The fuel filter change didn't happen because I'm not paying $130 for it alone ($65 for a filter and $65 in labor!). I bought an AC Delco filter a block away for $50 and changed it in 15 minutes. I'm not sure why a trained technician would quote an hour. So I ended up having the oil change accomplished so I would not waste the trip. This will probably be my last trip here based on this experience.

In an emergency these guys work hard to help. When a mouse ate thru wires that made the computer send all kinds of warning signals, these fellows got to the root of the problem on short notice and got things going again so that I could keep out of town committments on the following days. I am very happy with my service at Midas. What ever problem I have with my vehicle John or Johnny always seem to know the problem and will explain the repairs that I need. Also they can tell me of upcoming possible repairs that I may need. They are very patient with their customers and they go the extra mile. Hard to find good service like that. I recommend our local Midas Shop to anyone.
