The eye care is great. Conscientious, professional people make a difference and MEC has that. Karen and dr brown gave me great care and great news about my eyes. I wore glasses for 60+ years and tried a number of eye care facilities but none were this good Thanks to the entire staff

Excellent and accurate information about my insurance coverage and what, if any, the cost would be out of pocket from my end. There wasn’t, which was nice, but the young lady who helped me in getting the new replacement frames sent in, did a phenomenal job in a temporary repair-fix with the broken frames to hold on until I receive new. A#1 in my book!

They need to what insurance you have before making and appointment and get a eye exam and go to get glasses and frames to. Find out my insurance don’t cover it the glasses and that’s a waste of my time I wasted a whole day because someone don’t no what they are talking about on telephone sounds like McDonald’s what a experience
