Everything was good but the bill. Do they have obama care for pets?

The staff is a wealth of pet information. They listen to me. The staff is wonderful with Milo. I switched from Sandstone and Metrovet is definitely worth the move.

My dog was injured and I called that day and was able to have her be seen. Dr. Kim was great and very thorough. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My dog gets over excited and anxious at the vet and they helped to calm him down. They are timely and polite. They make taking my pet to the vet easy.

I have not been to Metropet in about 9 months, I did not recognize any staff from my previous experiences. I really like the bet herself, but the techs were not friendly when not in front of the vet. The warm and caring feeling I always had as a long time customer was gone, replaced with a feeling like my being there was annoying to them.

We're sorry that you did not have a perfect experience on your last visit, because that is our goal. I can't follow up with you because you left it anonymously, but I am interested in finding out specifics about your visit so that I can address them. We have grown and added a lot of staff in the last year (including a new associate vet), and so you may not see the same people on every visit, but if you have a preference for which Doctor or staff that you see please let us know and we will do what we can to make that happen on future visits.

The staff was extremely friendly and you could tell that they really love the animals! Would refer them to anyone I know!

Dr. Alice sorted out a potentially dangerous issue with my rescue cat, Ted. He has crystals in his urine that could potentially become worse, cause him great pain, and block his ability to urinate. (Apparently, it is a common problem among stressed cats like rescue cats, especially males.) My big boy is now gaining weight again and eating better. :-)
