Really appreciate Oni and her ability to customize my facials as I need them. While usually my skin is in good order I had a skin issue this last time. Oni gave me a customized facial and some good advice on what to do to help my skin get better. I'm following her advice and I'm seeing a difference already. I like Oni because I don't get the sense that she is trying to up-sell, like she is working on commission, but rather I see her as someone who cares about her clients and wants them to have healthy skin and a good facial experience.

The staff was friendly when I arrived, but then ignored me and just discussed their plans. When the massage therapist came out to greet me she was pleasant. I was shown back to a room behind the retail space. The room I was put in to was dark, the bed was prepared and clean. The therapist asked what oils I was ok with and about any allergies I have. The massage was decent, she spent time on the areas I identified as sore. I paid for an hour massage and I believe she stopped a few minutes early which was disappointing. When I left it was a little awkward because no one spoke to me. Overall, an ok experience.
