I already emailed you, I was very upset that you charged me 170$ while my estimate indicated 60$. You practised extra fees, which my insurance doesn't covered, and without asking me first so I won't be coming back.

Hi,
Despite the fact that the staff was very nice and professional, I got extra-fees twice. The first time, I was induced in error by a staff member at the front desk and ended paying for a panoramix (which I did not want and did because I was told that I'll be paying more if I don't) and the second time I went for a cleaning and was supposed to pay 60$ as per my coverage and estimate I was given but I ended up paying 170$ without being noticed first.

The hygienist was passionate on her job, she proved to me that she can not get defeated by tartar scales that had attacked some of my teeth . Job well done Dillone .

I like that the processes are routine and the staff is friendly. I've noticed in my past few visits I haven't been with the same dental hygenists and I'd prefer the same person working on my teeth than many.
