This visit was a good one. Kirstin greeted me and got the appointment started. She has a nice way about her and is professional as well. Dr. McNelis remeasured and retested and gave me the time needed (as she usually does) to thoroughly understand my vision issues and to work at finding the best prescription for me. Becky is ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable and worked with the lab to adjust my new prescription. The appointment was carried out with patience, consideration and understanding. It was a team effort.
