Dwight was awesome! Came in without an appointment and without someone to pick me up and take me back home. I came prepared to stay until the job was completed. Dwight made sure I was in and out in a couple of hours, if that long.

I have been a MBV customer since 2015 and have been very happy there every time I needed them. I recently replaced my 2000 Mercedes E320 Wagon with a newer 2011 350 Wagon and had for the first time some work done. I bought the car at a Mercedes dealership and they tried hard to sign me up for their service business. I had left the "authorized" Mercedes service shop 3 years ago when I asked MBV for a second opinion about a problem with my front lights. Mercedes wanted to replace the whole set for $700 and MBV was able to fix it easily by ordering a small replacement part for $4.50 plus their reasonable labor charge. Been happy there ever since. Absolutely fair pricing for honest quality work.

Great people, great service and much cheaper than going to a dealer. If they say something needs to be repaired, you can count on it.

Skilled, easy and honest service. Dwight does a great job keeping customers updated. We've moved away from Charlotte, but I drive the 2 hours to return to have my service done at MBV.
