We began going to Mallard Point a year or so before Channahon VCA closed, and couldn't be happier with Mallard Point's vets, staff and facilities. They are very knowledgeable about treatment options and usually support the least invasive, cost effective options first. Their pricing is very reasonable (compared to the surrounding area and a few other areas we have encountered out of state. Their hours include Sunday, thus minimizing (but not eliminating) the frantic trips to the central emergency facility in Plainfield when necessary. We have also been very happy with their Plainfield clinic. Finally we very much appreciate the support that Dr Mark has always provided for our dogs.

Great service as usual however the groomer missed a bunch of hair that needed to be trimmed on my puppy's head and legs. Overall good job

Everyone was so nice and friendly with my cats annual check up. They answered all my questions. The only problem I had was at the front desk with one of the girls she was not friendly maybe she had a bad day or a animal past away she even snapped at me when I asked a question before I left the office otherwise I had a excellent experience.
